PPMS desperate for sleep and relief

Hi everyone

Hope your all well and thank you so much for the response to my very first post.

Not going to lie im really lost with it all. My MS injection was cancelled as they wanted a CT scan with dye to cross off lymphoma which was done.

Im, however really struggling with pain in my feet not sure its called cramp. Currently I take 50mg of amatryptalin and 10 mg of baclofen every night, but im struggling. Been awake now for lots of nights and today its been horrible the pain I get in my feet. I cant take ibuprofen due to the brain anuerysums I have but was just asking if anyone struggles the same. Can get Pregabalin or Gabapentin but I’ve no idea. MS nurse wanted refer me to physio but ill be honest im on that many waiting lists for stuff I just want some sleep. I do all my excercises as well.

Sounds awful, no sleep makes everything 10 times worse. I wouldn’t know which is better out of pregabalin or gabapentin either, but if your current meds aren’t helping, I’d be chasing the MS nurse for answers. You can’t keep going like this.

Awful! I get cramps on spasms in my lower legs, always at night and it does stop me sleeping.

Physio helped me to stretch muscle groups when I have an attack, which can go on for hours. Sativex works for some. A nip of rum and sativex gets me off to sleeep
