Really mad just had my PIP telephone assessment cancelled smack bang on my appointment time without a proper explanation.
Just got myself ready information to hand and now have to wait another week.
Very unprofessional. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
I had my assessment last Thursday but the 2 appointments before that we’re both cancelled at short notice. It’s annoying when you’ve worked yourself up about it and then the waiting has to start again.
