My neuro has decided that after years taking Carbamezpine (which works like a dream for my TN) and Topiramate (which has stopped working completely for my other neurpathic pain), I’m going to ditch both of those meds and take Oxcarbamazepine alone. Has anyone got any experience of this souped-up, turbo charged version of Carbamaz? I’m apprehensive as I’ve got on so well with the “old” version, but willing to give it a whirl. Any good/bad experiences with it?
