I read a fantastic book called the Perfect health diet. It is really well written and easy to understand. There may not be a lot of scientific evidence about the specific benefits of these diets on MS but there is a lot of emerging information on the effects of what we eat on our health generally. For me, I think changing my diet (most of the time - I work on 80/20 rule) is something I can easily do to help myself, and it certainly can’t do me any harm. Leah ![]()
