Hi I’ve had SPMS for many years which initially was fairly benign with some sensory nerve problems and muscle power lacking However this is now more progressive with very tight and numb feeling over the legs and feet with little feeling except this deep flesh and skin numbness. Walking is with difficulty needing aids. My feet feel collapsed and I can’t stand for any time. -any one feel the same or have helpful advice?
Additionally I need a knee replacement but not sure I can manage it, has any one had a replacement and what was it like?
