any advise re abnormal liver function results .Only been on rebif 5 weeks and already high AST levels with liver.Will discuss with MS nurse tomorrow ,but anybody else in similar position.If so, were DMDs changed or stopped. Thanks Anne.x
Depends on how high, tbh. The lab reported mine as high the first time I had them tested, but my neuro wasn’t remotely concerned because they were well within the OK range in his eyes.
If yours are too high, then you may have to change DMD. (Copaxone would be the obvious choice - it has no effect on the liver.)
Btw, my levels have been normal since.
