I think LDN is great. I am lucky because my GP has given my a regular repeat prescription for it. I only been on it about 3 months and I am being careful about increasing the dose and so far I am only on 2 ml, but I am noticing changes in my mobility. Yesterday I managed to walk both up and down my stair normally, not one step at a time, which I haven’t been able for 10 moths when I broke my leg badly. I was so happy when I did it! It sounds odd to some people who don’t understand my reaction about this, but to me it was a big acheivemet. I did it!!!
