I was booked in for my lumbar puncture tomorrow, I have been building up my courage to go through the procedure all week, had a phone call this morning to say it’s been cancelled,
It’s like 1 step forward and 2 steps back, getting really stressed about the whole situation.
When will this blooming end.
I get no relief from symptoms anymore and just want answers.

Hope you get the lumbar puncture rescheduled to a date not too far away. All I can say is that when I visited York hospital last week for an outpatient appointment they were incredibly busy - never seen it so busy. NHS staff are working flat out and trying to do their best. You said your wife works in healthcare so will no doubt say the same. But tough on all who are waiting and having appointments cancelled due to Covid and staffing problems.
