i am my wifes carer she has progresive

my wife has had Ms for 32 years , in the last 6 months she is sleeping most of her life??? she is very week we have a good day evry now na agin ans we go shopping she has a scooter but the fatigue comes over her and we leave the shop to go home
she cannot suport herself in the chair of the scooter so i tie her in so she can shop or go to a market but the good day are so few we dont take any meds for ms ,my wife was/is a nurse even at 74
she sleeps but wakes up and doesnt know where she is she is strugling to talk in parts of the day can just about hold a cup with a straw. eats most of her dinner but the power fades so i feed her , she cant stand so lifiting is my job on off the comode /shower chair we are lucky i am well and srong does this sound about right for other people???/ what do you try ??

the sleep is puzzling me awake for 4 to 5 hours a day???
do you take anything to combat your symtoms ??? tried anything that helps you

the trail included imbalance and walking, sadly nothing can help people with progressive except excersise and painkillers so far. but the fatigue trails done on people with lack of energy are very encouraging ,people with other illnesses are alo included in the trial with good results ,
