I have secondary progression and not on any disease modifying drugs. I take provigil and Lexapro. My problem is constant fatigue. I could probably stay in bed all day. Any suggestions?
I have secondary progressive MS and I take Ocrevus once every 6 months. A vegetable / protein diet and liquid iron one or two times a day helps.
