Hi I get a lot of headaches that can start in the night and lurk all day. They make me feel depressed too. They have got worse on Fingolimod too, or they may have just got worse. My scan doesn’t show significant change. The headache are very intense, wondered if anyone else gets this problem.
I’ve been on Gilenya for almost 5 years.I do get the occasional headache,but that’s about it.Sorry not to be of more help.Have you discussed this with your neuro?

Migraine type headaches are listed as a common side effect but I think you should mention it to your neuro/nurse because if they are affecting your life then they need to know so they can consider what should be done. Tracey x
