Prior to asda it was a netto and you could park without restriction for as long as you like. Since asda took over I assume another company running the car park, However you would think it ok being in a disabled bay, but obviously they want you out within the hour.

I appealed a parking fine using a template letter that i got of Martin Money Tips website i just had to adjust it a bit and I got all my money back, hope you do too
