You’ve got to if at all possible haven’t you Annie?
1996 was a complete life changing experience for me when I was diagnosed.
Yes, it made me more bad tempered and grumpy…I already was though mind you…but I also think being diagnosed was a good thing in some respects, as odd as that may seem, as it actually DID change my mindset and outlook, and as a result, I’ve mentally become a much stronger person at the expense of physical abilty though unfortunately
I live in London but I go back up to Wales quite a few times a year to see my parents. I do Snowdon every year and I really noticed the difference last year, my leg gave way and I was absolutely knackered, didn’t help by being with my super fit 16 year old nephew. I was in a right old lather. I suppose that I am 46, so I shouldn’t complain too much. I really wanted to do the Kilimanjaro trip but not sure I am up to it now. I love cycling and before I was diagnosed, I always wanted to cycle across the States. I am still thinking of doing so but maybe it is just a pipe dream now.
Moel Fammau, no I have never done that. It’s in Clwyd. It looks good. Any mynydd looks good to me though.
Well, if you are in North Wales at any point and fancy a walking partner.
