Hi, I’m about to start tecfidera and I cannot swallow tablets or capsules. My nurse and the neurosurgeon said I can chew them and swallow like I normally do with other medications. I’m just looking to see if there is anyone else who does this and has any hints, tips, I’m worried because I know i probably should chew it all down but I might have too. I literally cannot swallow tablets. It’s like a reflex 
help anyone? Or advice
Sorry no can do…. My tablets sit in front of mouth until they dissolve

Sorry, i cant help i swallow my Tec with water or a soft drink, im not sure chewing would be a good idea. The capsules are meant to be swallowed whole.
