Has anyone experienced this. It only lasts for a second but it’s a cold sensation.

My hand has been cold for over a year.
I’ve had exactly this for the past week or so, and it seems to affect my eyes too, such an uncomfortable feeling - I have a neurology appointment on Monday so hopefully can get to the bottom of it 
I get cold tingles on my forehead and down the both sides of my face, also in hands and feet.
