At long last, it has taken me four days with lots of frustration, my grandson fixed it in 5 mins. 
He told me it was because i always stayed signed in… … So i logged out then i logged in and hear i am ,something to do with the system. So anybody else stuck try this,or ask your] grandkids. Take Care, Chris
