I went through a lot of discomfort before a district nurse with a bit of knowledge told me what was going on. The medication I was prescribed is Tolterodine. It’s stopped the discomfort and I’m happy with it. If it doesn’t suit you don’t suffer in silence get them to prescribe a different one. We have enough to put up with. Hope you get used to having it and things settle down.
