My side effects go about one to two weeks after. I start feeling better pretty quick but to feel my best it probably takes a month. I’ve given it three months this time and my leg whilst has improved since the steroids it’s probably the best it’s going to be so ill just have to adapt which I slowly am doing. However some on here have said that improvements with physio and exercise can continue to happen so I also focus on that. Hope you see an improvement soon. I was never given additional meds with my steroids so cannot help on that one x
