Thanks Hank Dogs. That’s real evidence for why it’s important to have the DMT option at any age!! I’ll go back and argue for it. Helpful to have another string to the bow re an older treatment to avoid so much immunosuppression.

Thanks Alison. Yes, lots of likely and probables! All a very grey area.
No, I’m not immune-suppressed by anything else. I think the consultant is concerned about immuno-suppression by the DMT. I’m going to argue the case for DMT with extra conviction after hearing from you guys on the forum! :flexed_biceps:t3:

Hi @pamglazer

If it was me, I would argue for an effective DMT. They are proven to reduce the risk of relapse (and therefore disability) significantly.
