Yep. Most people weren’t fat then because fat and sugar and alcohol were scarce and expensive and exercise was compulsory rather than optional.
But tobacco was cheap and most people smoked, so many, many people died early of that - lung cancer, heart disease, COPD etc. Now we don’t smoke, but we graze and guzzle and sozzle in front of the telly instead. There’s always something, isn’t there?!

Inflammation is the key to diet.
What makes it worse?
Avoid:
Trans Fats
Sugar
white bread and pasta
Animal fats
Alcohol
Too much Omega-6 Fatty Acids, and not enough 3
Whole milk
monosodium glutamate
Wheat and gluten
I follow the Mediterranean diet. I eat lots of fish salmon, and oily fish, spinach, kale, loads of good strong colours.
I never over eat it makes me feel sluggish.
I think everything in moderation.
Dark chocolate is good for us lol.
I am gluten free now. I find if i eat anything with gluten or wheat in it starts burning in my legs.
I think you can easily work with the two, good diet and a DMD.

I totally agree with you. Always concentrate on your health because its the most important element of our life and always try to eat hygienic foods and perfect diet for fitness and don’t use any kind of medication like buyonlineadderall.com for fitness. I have used these medication but now i feels that they have more disadvantages than advantages. Diet and exercises are best for fitness. Traditionally, plants are an important part of our daily diet. We take them in the form of fruits, vegetables, cereals or even herbs and spices to us. But there are also “modern” uses such as food supplements or novel foods, which are not yet on the market in the EU. This includes, for example, exotic fruit from other cultures. Anyway thanks for sharing the nice piece of information inform of thread with us.
You may not have noticed the previous post is from 2015 so might not be followed now.

To tell you the truth i dont believe in medication …healthy eating and watch John Bergman on You Tube…the effects of the drugs do more damage to your body…i have been taking Apple Cider Vinegar since last year lost 32lbs in weight…feel better…stopped eating bread ,biscuits cakes etc…only organic fresh foods gave away my microwave and 3 years ago my TV …life is more organised now…and healthy …forgot to say dont have mobility car now couldnt feel the pedal…
Whilst healthy eating is a good thing for EVERYBODY not just MSers, I would ask if you are being too keen to stop your medication. For Tysabri, being JCV+ is no longer a binary decision of -tve meaning no risk and +tve meaning terrible risk. The “load” (titre) of virus in your system is given in your results and this along with other factors like how long you have been on the drug all combine to give a calculation of the risk. For many people (myself included) the risk from being JCV+ is, in reality, very little different to what it would be if you were JCV-. I love my Tysabri and would be very reluctant to come off it. It’s not a cure and it doesn’t claim to stop ALL relapses but it does act as a fantastic shield against relapses if your RRMS is particularly active in nature.
