I’m not a catheter user Lynn, but what you described sounds intriguing. Is it something easy to buy or order?

I get them on prescription, di t think you can buy them from a chemist. Plus they have a couple of different sizes.
see if your MS nurse will refer you you a continence clinic.

anyone can self refer to the bowel and bladder clinic.
just google where is my nearest bowel and bladder clinic.
mine is less than 10 miles away.
the nurses there are brilliant.
they work hard to minimise the embarrassment.
i was advised to ISC
i do it in the shower, knowing that i am clean and fresh down there.
one foot on the bath board and job done.
i also do it in the evening.
i asked for betmiga as my med of choice and was given it.
my nurse told me that i could retrain my bladder which i managed up to a point.
go for it, you’ll be glad you did.
