Women on Kesimpta: Missed periods since starting Kesimpta

Hi Girlies,

I wanted to ask if any women here have noticed changes to their periods since starting Kesimpta.

I’ve missed my last two periods since being on the medication, and I’m definitely not pregnant. I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience with missed or irregular periods while taking Kesimpta.

It would be really helpful to hear if this has happened to anyone else.

I’d even on Kesimpta since mid December 2025, so relatively new to it and I haven’t missed any periods. It’s not a side effect I’ve heard anyone mention before, but I am still relatively new to this.

Might be worth mentioning your missed periods to your GP and / or MS nurse…..
