White spot in vision

I have already had optic neuritis Jan 2014 in my left eye

Im on the famous Tecfidera

2 days ago when walking fast for 20mins i sat down and could see a really bright white spot it seemed to be coming from my right eye - this gradually disappeared after 2 minutes… I did the same walk yesterday and didnt get anything.

Im not getting any pain or other symptoms - Ive organise an appointment with the hospital to get it checked over.

Any ideas what people think could be ?

On other news got my latest blood tests and my Lymph count has gone up to 1.4 (previously 0.5, then 0.9) so thats positive!

Since it happened after walking fast for a while I wonder if it caused by heat. I had ON in my left eye but am deficientin green sensitivity in both eyes. So I guess I am wondering if it was brought on by the exercise but also if ON is affecting both. Lack of pain would be a sign for a milder attack perhaps. Anyway have to see what they say at the hospital. Best wishes.
