When laying down noises coming from throat/ nose

Hi everyone, When I lay down to sleep, I get these strange noise don’t know if they are coming from my nose or throat. Does anyone get these ? Any help would be appreciated

Like little clicking or popping noises?

Ive had the above on and off, sometimes it’s seems it’s in ttime with my pulse.

Never got it looked at, thought it might be something to do with a sinus type thing.
