I’m not diagnosed yet. In progress of getting some kind of diagnosis Now my feet feel wet when they are dry. My left leg feels not part of me and my balance is terrible getting worse daily. No hiding this from my friends !

you need a walking aid if your balance is poor.
a simple stick, hiking poles, frame or whatever.
your friends should accept it.
surely it would be worse if they had to keep picking you up when you fell.

I had the sensation of wet feet for the first time this week…really strange feeling.
