We’re all different

Hi, I’m Keith.

I was diagnosed with remitting MS around ten years ago following an ‘episode’ after a stressful time at work and my wife coping with cancer. Ten years on it still comes and goes but I cope with it and lead a full life so much so that a couple of years ago I challenged the diagnosis and requested another MRI scan. The consultant and I compared the new scan with the old one and yes, I had to admit that there were as many white bits showing in the new one but not many more. I’m now 71 and just moved to a bungalow with my partner. We both lost our wife/husband a few years back and met each other through a MacMillan forum like this one! In the last year we have been totally absorbed with refurbishing our new home. I will not give in!
