Vitamins ?

Hi I’ve been recommended by letter from neurologist to try magnesium / riboflavin / b2 vitamins. What’s the best types for each please?

I have been taking magnesium for a few years and find it helps ease problems with spasm & cramp. Also, it stopped restless legs at night.
The easily absorbable types are probably best and a combination of citrate/malate from Healthspan does the job.
You need to avoid oxide, unless you are looking for a laxative.

Thanks that’s helpful. I suffer with a lot of brain fog and dizziness. Not sure what would be good for that? I take d3, omega 3,6,9 and b12 currently.

Hi Since I have removed Gluten from my diet my brain fog/fatigue is much better
