Had a sudden onset of moderate burning pain in an area just below bony protruberance of ankle bone on inside of left foot around 5:30 am this morning whilst in bed which lasted continuously and was unaffected by movement until maybe half an hour later it abruptly disappeared virtually instantly. I am mystified because I havent injured myself or over-done anything and I cant recall experincing pain just coming on in the morning and going like that. In addition, through the night I experienced much enhanced and persistent phosphenes when moving or blinking or getting up (I have been having phosphenes - mostly circles for a couple of years now, but prior to last night they had very much diminished. Anyone have similar experience?
it doesnt sound like typical MS symptoms but then again, what is typical?!!! Have you been to the doctor or optician about the visual phenomena?
