how much do you lovely people take and how long until it works neuro doesn’t want me to take more then 4mg Dailey but still in hospital at moment waiting for a bed on neurology ward.

Hi Alysea

I take 12mg at night, just before bed. My neurologist has told me that you need to take at least 14mg for an effect. When I was taking 10mg he referred toit as a homeopathic dose!

Wonder why mine doesn’t want me above 4mg but I have only been on it a week bad water infection ended up in me being in hospital still there I want to walk again but without the stiffness.
