i’ve just been prescribed tizanadine 2mg tablets to alleviate stiffness in my legs. Does anyone know the minimum effective dose? I’m scared that I lose overall strength and can’t stand up!

i have tizanidine but i only take one tablet in the evening.
like you, i’ve been reluctant to take more.
actually i’m used to walking like the tin man!
i will discuss it with my neuro next time i see him.

I take 2 mg 3x day and 4 mg 1x day…no adverse effects.
