Diagnosed late 2022. Went part-time September 2023. Have Access to Work grant for travel if needed but really uncomfortable using as it would mean quite a bit of time alone in a taxi. Change of role this year has me a bit stressed. Struggling day to day tiredness and marking is horrific. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear of your concerns and difficulties. As a teacher, I can relate.
What and which age do you teach? In our classes, we mark maths books thoughout the lessons, chldren also then get immediate feedback. Our English longer writing pieces are read through, obvious marking points made and praise given but we dont write lots underneath. Instead we make a list of necessary teaching points to go through next lesson. This saves a lot of time and frustration. And can also be applied to other subects.
Hope you can get some release from the pressure. Are you able to speak with any of the SLT?
