Hello everyone, I’m here because I would like to have your input. I’ve been having synptoms for a few months already. And I was wondering if it reminds you your own story. When you started to wonder if something was wrong.
A few months ago, I noticed more muscle fatigues in my arms and legs. It is more tiring for me to climb the stairs or just do simple house chores.
Right after that, I started to have tingling, numbness, in my right hand. Sometimes with fingers pain, especially the thumb, index and middle one. With also a sensation of having a swollen finger (I used a finger splint) to relieve the pain.
Sometimes my right arm would be all numb, for the whole day, and then it would disappear.
Also used to have some wrist pain. And some electric shock in my arm, going down to my right leg. With sensation of tingling in my toes.
I met my physiatrist who ordered a neck and lumbar mri. They came fine, but he noticed abutment of the ventral cord space but with no cord compression.
I asked him about ALS and he’s not concerned as he said. Since I have sensory issues.
I have an EMG scheduled in a month and can’t do anything more besides waiting…
