Hi I’ve recently been assessed by adult social services for a stair lift. She said they would also do a financial assessment as I will be required to pay something towards it but she couldn’t say how much. Does anyone know how this works? TIA Fiona
If youre going through your council it all depends on your financial situation (savings) and what benefits youre on.
They want to know everything but you could get a stairlift and servicing for nothing. It`s worth the hassle.
