Hi does the warm water feeling travelling down trunk and legs happen prior to relapses or randomly? I am getting it a lot today down trunk which is coinciding with having the spasm that causes your back to bend backwards.

I don’t know the answer to your question but when this happens to me it seems to be at the same time my bladder is playing up. My legs feel weaker when I experience running water sensations plus I’m diagnosed with ppms s d don’t have relapses but do feel worse from time to time.
