I try to do some exercise everyday but i am finding it so hard to motivate myself, especially with the hot weather. Has anyone got any tips, ideas on what i can do, how I can get myself doing more.
I find the best way I cope, is to plan a routine and try to stick to it.
Yes there are good days and bad, but if you sit down properly and see what you can do and cannot and fix a routine weekly.
After a while you get use to what you should be doing, abit like work or a school timetable !!
It has also they added benefit, as a relief from just sitting down being a “Cabbage” and dwelling on what could be.
Life is what you make it. If you don’t use your muscles you will only start loosing them.
