Secret message on a blood test form.

I’m probably overthinking this, but I’m suspicious that my GP sent me for a blood to make sure I’m taking my epilepsy drug, Tegretol.
My GP rang me pointing out that I hadn’t ordered my repeat prescription often enough and must have had weeks of gaps in the treatment on a few occasions.
No, I hadn’t. It turned out that I was supposed to take two a day but had been taking one a day.
She sent me for a blood test for all sorts.
On the top of the form in a box she had written ‘Tegretol memory test’. What did that mean on a blood test form?

Please ask your GP what is in her mind. Otherwise you’ll be worrying about it where a quick phone call might be all that is needed to reassure you.
