Hi, has anyone any experience, aids/cures treatments for restless leg sydrome.
Try taking magnesium and see if it helps. I found 375mg did the trick, but I guess the amount needed can vary.
I also find 375mg does the trick for me too.
The tablets advertised at Boots recommend 2 a day. 2x 375mg. Is that a normal daily dosage ?
I can’t see the point in taking more than is necessary, but the amount obviously depends on what works best for the individual. Apparently some types of magnesium can act as a laxative, so probably pays to be a little cautious.
