Hi all
ANOTHER question
I have been suffering with what I think is spasticity in my thighs.
My muscles feel tight when I get up, walk or if I sit in one location for too long, Also walking more than 10 minutes is a problem now as my legs then feel weak.
I have been like this for about 6 -7 weeks now with no improvement.
I have been using my exercise bike with some resistance set in to strengthen my thighs a little but I’m not sure if this is a good thing or not. Resting them doesn’t seem to help.
I’m not due to see my neurologist for another 2 weeks and this is all still new so I am not quite in the system yet as you might say.
Lumbar puncture required to make me an official member.
I used to suffer with painful night cramps in my calves which have now stopped. I have been taking Magnesium supplements in tablet form which I am hoping was the cure for that. I daren’t stop taking them just in case.
My thigh issue is no better though, would the spray / oil be a better option directly on the skin of my thighs or Is that just wishful thinking.
Any advice, brand recommendations or experience greatly appreciated
Dave

Never used it myself, but “Better For You” is the brand that gets a few favourable mentions on here.
Any exercise you can manage is a great idea and muscle deconditioning will only make matters worse. Regular stretching might help ease the tightness and certainly won’t do any harm.

@whammel
Thanks for that. Just placed an order. Fingers crossed it does something positive. I’ll let you know.
