No quite sure what you mean. MS is classed as a neurological condition or disease that can affect motor skills (hence movement).

I don’t think so. I know Wiki isn’t the fount of all knowledge, but it doesn’t list it as one, and neither does the Movement Disorder Society. As Pat says, it is a neurological condition that commonly affects movement, but I don’t think that’s quite the same as a movement disorder in its own right.
