pw1 (permitted work) form

hi all, i have been trawling the net for 2hrs trying to find this form to no avail, does anyone know where i can find it

Hi Tracey,

If the form is not on direct.gov (which it isn’t) the rule of thumb is that it’s not available online.

Are you sure this is the correct name? Even forms that you can only get from the job centre come up on a direct.gov search but pw1 comes up with nothing. When I skimmed through the sections on permitted work they didn’t mention this form.

hi yes its mentoned on the download booklet on pw and says its pw1 form, i dont want to ask for it yet as the suspend your esa and i am not ready for it just yet i just wanted to have a look at it.

Hey Tracey

Have just googled this as I am looking at (hopefully) doing some supported permitted work as I am in the support group of ESA (I have a review imminently) and the only way to get the PW1 from is from your local JCP+ office or the benefit office paying your benefits. Hth

A PW1 (Permitted Work) form can be downloaded & then printed from the DWP website under Publications section.
