Has anyone else (male or female) looked into whether their problems could be caused by oestrogen dominance? I’m about to start using natural progesterone cream when I get to the right part of my monthly cycle, but when I started looking into it, I couldn’t believe how many problems can be caused by oestrogen and progesterone not being in balance.
Worth researching if you’re interested.
