Has anyone been here and used a stick to get around?

I’ve been to Pompeii - fascinating place, we got there by train from Sorrento, but it’s HUGE and there’s a lot of walking if you want to get around and see the whole thing (around 2 hours for the ‘official’ tour) so wouldn’t recommend using a stick .

There’s a ‘Friendly Pompeii’ pathway which is suitable for wheelchairs - http://www.pbase.com/isolaverde/image/145378599 as the ground is fairly uneven .

Have a lovely time - we had a week in Positano and a week in Capri .

well went to pompeii saw quite a bit with my three wheeler however hubby had to hold my hand crossing the big bricks byt we did it
