Hi,
Ive had a polite long winded letter that basically says NO!!. Ive decided to appeal decision,by going to court, but unfortuneatly i had a mild hit,that stopped me attending. I called them to give details of non attendance,but i gave them the option of sealing my fate,without being there?. Bottom line is they decided to wait for me to attend,next month in July.
I have spoken to a few people regarding claim,and all saying an unlikely positive outcome?, any advice would be much appreciated.
