Can anyone recommend a pillow for Myofasial face pain, I sleep on my side, I was misdiagnosed with ATN for 18 years but is now diag as Myofascial face pain…Both excruciating. I have tried many pillows over the years…Can anybody recommend a pillow. Thank you so much
