I have been feeling ok but these last few weeks I am getting dizzy,migraine, pains in head, back ache, my right arm and leg feel different to my left. My problem is I panic about the symptoms and think this is it I am deteriorating and I will never recover even though I have been ill for 14 yrs. I am not properly diagnosed after lesions on scan but negative LP.

see your gp and tell him/her what’s been going on.
it’s a good idea to always get new, worsening or changing symptoms on your medical records.
ask if he/she thinks a second opinion is justified.
really does seem to be a lottery where neuros are concerned.
