Not been to long probably about a month since I saw the MS nurse the OT phoned today and I am on the list for someone to come and see me about getting a Camel to raise me up when I fall down. I can’t get up from the floor unaided anymore and have had to admit defeat. Still when I fell out the wheelchair it caused a laugh.

And a few bruises but the most bruised thing was my ego. My blood tests came back clear today so more tizanidine starting tomorrow up to 10mg but no real improvement other than I get sherbet lemons to counteract the dry mouth
