i would like to thank everyone who told me about PALS.

they were really good and i have since had an MRI and evoked potentials,just waiting on results!!!

i havent been on here for a while as i have had such bad vertigo that i couldnt look at the computer screen without throwing up!!!

i have since been given medication which has helped.

feeling relly bad and scared at the moment ,my husband is ill with crohns and he is not the best patient and the numb patch above my knee seems to have got bigger !!!(i am scared it will take over my whole leg!!)

aslo had problems with my constipation and the laxitives dont seem to be working as well as they did.

any advise would be graet at the moment ,also any clues to how long my results would take?

Not sure what laxatives you are using but I would say movicol or another make of the same type is the best laxative which is an osmotic type, it really works v well. Constipation can make people feel really dreadful so it’s very important to manage this as much as you can. You can buy it in the pharmacy but you probably have to ask for it. But see your gp and get it on prescription as that would be cheaper. Also if your on lots of medications etc you might want to get the gp to check it’s ok with your other meds. I am a nurse and it’s one of my pet hates that doctors prescribe pain meds without also giving good meds for the constipation!!!
