Hey all, my right leg has got so bad the last 2 years and my mri’s are all clear and actually got to see a physio after 2 years of covid and she cant see why iv problems with it. She says its weakness in glute muscles and gave me exercises. They help a bit. Its the stiffness around the inner part of my leg thats the problem, from my groin to my knee. My walking is way worse than last year. Met neuro and he increased baclofen again. Still the mornings are horrible. No idea what to do anymore.
Does your dodgy leg pull inwards and bump into the other one? If so, it might be compensating for weakness in the hip abductor and worth trying some muscle strengthening exercises, to restore some balance.
My right leg is my good leg and its stronger than my left leg and it doesnt bump into the other leg. It stay locked in same place. Physio gave me glute medius hip adductor exercises and it does help. Got to keep doing it. Thanks whammel
