Night time problems

Hi everyone,

I’m quite new round here and start treatment on Thursday.
For a couple of nights I’ve been waking, but down to being slightly anxious at first but last night my legs woke me. My feet and legs were aching and hot, this morning better but still there. Is this common? At Pilates on Monday and can’t wait to stretch x

Probably just the hot nights, but I find a bit of pre bed stretching helps avoid problems with aching legs.
Pilates is an excellent idea.

Agreed, exercise helps. If you can swim or do aqua aerobics, even better as it does not drain your energy. Xx
