nhs and a mini fridge

so my fridge isnt working so i’ve had to order a mini fridge just for my injections! can i get the money back? i need my injections for my ms! this will be just for my meds. if i miss a dose i can’t walk! very important! had to store my injections in my mother in laws fridge but i need to be in control with my meds.

Not really answering your question so sorry about that, but I imagine this is about Kesimpta?
I am trying to change to that myself and I have fridge problems as well as Japanese fridges generally only cool down to 10 degrees. Which it seems isn’t enough. So I am also trying to find out about mini fridges and the like to see what I can and will have to get. I am in Japan so no NHS here, I will have to pay it all myself. But I imagine I could perhaps benefit from knowing what kind of fridge you got, if that’s alright to ask.
I am not British so I ultimately don’t know about NHS, but my experience in general with such healthcare systems isn’t very encouraging for being able to have your fridge refunded. I could imagine wheelchairs getting money perhaps, but I fear a fridge will, whether you only use it for that or not, be considered too general an item. A bit like how you have to pay for the TV channel license if you can watch TV, rather than if you actually do watch it. It would be a nice thing if all such illness related equipment could get support though.

But again I really do not know when it comes down to it so hopefully someone else can answer a little better. Sorry again.
